See Stockholm from a new perspective with a guided tour of the nature in and around the city.

You are welcome to join our tours (normally held in swedish) or book your own guide. Due to the current restrictions group sizes are reduced at the moment. Contact us (contact info below) for more info and booking.
Tours in french, spanish and german can also be available depending on guide availability.

Swedish nature is accessible to the public in a unique way, thanks to the Right of Public access. This means you are allowed to visit any natural area that is not private gardens, near a dwelling house or land under cultivation. You can hike, camp, pick berries and mushrooms, and much more. Read more about this freedom to roam here.

The Nature Guides of Greater Stockholm are part of the Stockholm branch of the largest environmental organization in Sweden, Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC). All guides are biologists or biogeologists and are authorized by the Stockholm Visitors Board (Visit Stockholm).

Exploring Stockholm’s nature on your own

You can also experience the nature of Stockholm on your own or with a friend. Just outside of the buzzing city you will find undisturbed forests, open fields full of wildflowers, lakes surrounded by stillness and much more.
